Join us for a fun (and educational) beginning watercolor class. In class we will be making 6 beautiful sympathy cards, with the focus covering the basics of watercoloring allowing you to learn new and easy ways of adding color and detail to your die-cuts and card images. There are several techniques we will cover (and opportunities to practice them) to help add dimension, control your paint flow and more! 

You will make 6 cards and each has a different sentiment inside.  A variety of dies and stamps have been carefully selected so each card contains a thoughtful expression. 

No experience is required, just a willingness to learn along with a little patience. 

Registration is now open. 2 Classes will be offered with a limit of 6 students per class so you can get more individualized help as needed. No kits will be available for this class.

Supply list:

• Scissors
• Liquid AND double sided adhesive
• Thin Foam adhesive (a thinner type is preferred)
• Round paint brushes: size 1 and 4 **
• Palette (a flat surface and if you have a tile square that works too) *cup for water
• Distress Ink: Peeled Paint
• Tweezers
• Baby wipes AND paper towels
• Paper trimmer (small is OK)

**If you have these brushes from the AI watercolor classes way back, those will be great. If you don't, please check with us before purchasing elsewhere, as all brushes are not created equal. Donna and I are working to find affordable options.
