Bees & Butterflies Small Project

Locate paper & die-cuts via the pictures. 

All mats & layers are glued flat to card.

1.       Cut wood to 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
2.       Trim front panel to 5 1/8 x 3 3/8 (trim more if you would like more wood showing)

•        Mustard Seed Ink: both panels, circle, flower, sentiment
•        1 layer of foam: circle, flower
•        Sentiment: 1 layer foam on left, 2 layers on right

Sunshine of my Life

1.       Cut green panel to 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
2.       Trim front panel to 5 1/8 x 3 3/8 (trim more if you would like more green showing)

•        Mustard Seed Ink: floral panel, circle, sentiment
•        Peeled paint ink: green panel
•        No ink on bee
•        1 layer of foam: circle, sentiment
•        Bee is glued to circle

Hello Sunshine

1.       Cut background to 5 ½ x 4 ¼ (careful to pick the part of the image you want to show)
2.       White strip 2 1/8 x 5 ½ (precut in your kit)
3.       Trim stripes to 5 ½ x 2

•        Mustard Seed Ink: all pieces except white strip
•        1 layer of foam: circle, sentiment
•        Glue small butterfly to top right of circle
•        Curl wings of large butterfly slightly with fingers.  Apply glue to bottom wings only and glue those flat to the card with top wings popping off card over circle

1.       Cut floral background to 5 3/8 x 4 1/8, making sure to use the side WITHOUT the bee strip on the back.
2.       Trim bee strip to approx. 3” wide, centering white borders.  Put in trimmer and cut slight angle at bottom.  Trim to fit (longest part measures about 5 1/8”  

•        Mustard Seed Ink: both panels, circle, flower, sentiment
•        Curl edges of flower slightly with fingers
•        1 layer of foam: circle, flower (glue flower where it overlaps circle)
•        Sentiment: 1 layer foam on left, 2 layers on right

1.       Cut green panel to 5 3/8 x 4 1/8, avoiding side with stripe on back
2.       Cut strip 3 x 5 3/8, centering strip image

•        Mustard Seed Ink: strip, circle, sentiment
•        Peeled paint: green panel
•        No ink on bee, curl wings slightly with fingers
•        1 layer of foam: circle, flower, bottom of bee (glue top to circle)
